Oono Backpack One-Year Limited Warranty

Oono (the "Company") extends this One-Year Limited Warranty to the first owner of any Oono backpack (the "Product") bought directly from Oono. Coverage applies only when accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Any order placed before October 10, 2024 remains protected under the terms of the earlier Limited Lifetime Warranty.

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

DURATION

For every Oono backpack, this warranty stays in effect for one year starting on the purchase date. Backpacks ordered prior to October 10, 2024 instead fall under the previous Limited Lifetime Warranty.

SCOPE

This warranty protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship under ordinary use. Should a defect appear and a valid claim reach us within the warranty window, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either (1) repair the Product or (2) replace the Product.

EXCLUSIONS

The following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Ordinary wear and tear.
  • Surface or cosmetic blemishes (for example, scratches and dents).
  • Harm resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Any Product that has been modified or physically altered in any manner.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

To submit a warranty claim, reach out to our customer support team through our contact page. You will need to provide proof of purchase along with photos showing the defect. Shipping the Product to the Company is the customer's responsibility, while repaired or replaced Products are sent back at the Company's cost. Failing to report a problem in a timely manner may void coverage. Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.

LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES

This One-Year Limited Warranty supersedes any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

The Company bears no responsibility for incidental, consequential, or special damages. Under no circumstances will the Company's liability go beyond the purchase price paid for the Product.

TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty cannot be transferred and is valid solely for the original purchaser.

INTERNATIONAL AND STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

Certain states and countries do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations or exclusions above may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may additionally hold other rights that differ from one state or country to another.

By completing the purchase of this Product, the original purchaser confirms they have read this One-Year Limited Warranty, understand its contents, and accept its terms.
